I used to hate my life.
I worked as a community pharmacist in the UK.
Every day I’d put on a white coat and count pills.
I could hardly get out of bed in the morning.

The main goal of SOMA Breath is to correct your breathing so that your normal rate of breathing at rest is 3-4 breaths per minute. On average people breathe 10+ breaths per minute. Very sick or highly stressed people breathe over 20+ breaths per minute.

Wear comfortable clothes. Yoga style clothing is perfect. All breathwork techniques should be done on an empty stomach. So either in the morning before breakfast after rehydrating with water, or at least 1-2 hrs before eating a full meal.

The 21 Day Awakening Journey is a protocol designed to help anyone improve their physical, mental, and spiritual health. This is done with Self Hypnosis and deep visualization techniques, mixed with transformational breathwork, and Breathwork music technology.

21-Day is focused on going deeper into healing trauma, emotional blocks and beliefs. The upcoming program lasts 21 days.
You’ll want to set aside 2-3 hours a week for 3 weeks. Here’s how that breaks down:
You’ll join the weekly LIVE (or replay) coaching calls with our instructors (2 hours per week)
You’ll learn 2 to 4 core exercises per week (15 minutes per week)
You’ll start the meditation practice that takes about 20 minutes a day.
You may also want to set aside additional personal time for practicing the exercises, meditate, and reflect (optional)

No. SOMA Breath may be among the safest Breathwork modalities available.The techniques of SOMA Breath are very safe if practiced properly and learned from a trained SOMA Breath instructor.
The breath retention techniques including The Awakening ritual should be done with caution for people who have severe hypertension or heart disease.
Pregnant women and menstruating women should avoid The Awakening.
Hyperventilation can lead to respiratory alkalosis, where the blood becomes too alkaline due to excessive exhalation of carbon dioxide. Techniques like Rebirthing, Holotropic Breathwork, or Transformational Breath should be approached with caution, as they can induce significant physiological changes.
SOMA Breath does NOT do any of these strong, cathartic methods.

The ancient Essenes tribes who formed the early Christian traditions had breathwork rituals as a core of their religious practices. The shamanic tribes from Siberia through to Native American Indians and African tribesman also have breathing practices as a core part of their celebrations and prayer.
The techniques in SOMA Breath are inspired from the ‘renegade’ tantric yogis and these ancient shamanic cultures who predate the more dogmatic organized religion of Hinduism, and so the methods they discovered were evolved from their own real world experience of surviving and thriving in harsh environments.
