SOMA Breath Works Challenge is an 5-day challenge designed to introduce you to the foundational principles of breathwork, It will increase your breath hold time (BHT) safely, efficiently, and easily. The 21 Day Awakening Journey is a 3 week course taught by a certified SOMA Breath® instructor that allows you to gain experience using SOMA methods and philosophy as a student so that you can be a more effective teacher.
