Level 1A Breath Works Challenge

SOMA Breath Works Challenge is an 5-day challenge designed to introduce you to the foundational principles of breathwork, It will increase your breath hold time (BHT) safely, efficiently, and easily. The challenge is also focused on dissolving stress and tension for states of deep relaxation as well as firing up your inner strength and vitality. The idea is that you first do the work on yourself before you start learning how to teach other people so that you can “walk the talk”.

You will learn about:

  • The basics of breath and correct breathing

  • Harness your breath for stress relief and mental clarity

  • Balance your emotions through targeted breathwork and Neurosomatic Programming

  • Elevate your energy levels through the SOMA Breath awakening technique

Level 1B Instructor training

focuses on the human body and physiology. You will learn the foundations of pranayama, human health, and the science behind the methodology. Though rooted in science, the training has a bite-sized flow that’s easy to follow and enjoyable to practice.

21 Day Awakening Journey

The 21 Day Awakening Journey is a 3 week course taught by a certified SOMA Breath® instructor that allows you to gain experience using SOMA methods and philosophy as a student so that you can be a more effective teacher. The 3 week journey practices the “Awakening Method” (rhythmic breathing and breath retentions to music) and is all focused on elevating your “Level Of Vibrational Energy (LOVE)”, overcoming self limiting beliefs, manifestation.

You will learn:

Once you book your retreat ticket, you will receive an email from us with details about the Hotel where this retreat will be held and how to book your room. But here we share more info for your reference:

We have an amazing agreement with the Hotel Saalbacher Hof as we are hosting the retreat there and we had a super good experience hosting our retreats there! You can easily book the accommodation directly with them. Find below the special prices they gave us just for your reference. All the prices include accommodation and nutritious healthy food.

When should I arrive to Austria?

The retreat starts on 6th August around 5pm and finishes on 11thth August around 9-10am. We will decide on the schedule when the participants share their arrival and leaving times and will notify you on the Whatsapp Group created for this retreat.

If you book the accommodation with Hotel Saalbacher Hof, your food is included in the price. On the 6th August the check in time is 2pm and we will do our Welcome Circle in the afternoon around 4-5pm (depending on the arrival times) and we will have dinner together.

On the last day, 11th August we will meet in the morning and have breakfast together around 9-10am. Check out is at 11am or earlier if that’s better for you 😀

How do I get to Austria and the Hotel?

We will give you directions to the Hotel where we will be hosting the retreat and tips on how to arrive once you have made your final payment (taxi, bus, shuttle, etc).

ARRIVAL BY PLANE

  • Salzburg Airport (distance 80 km)

  • Innsbruck Airport (distance 158 km)

  • Munich Airport (distance 270km)

ARRIVAL BY TRAIN: Train station Zell am See (distance 18 km). From there is a direct bus to Saalbach. A private Taxi is around €40 and you can share it with other retreat participants if you want. 

We will help you to organize the arrival but the transportation to the venue is not included in the price. 

What shall I bring

  • Sunscreen

  • Swim gear for the sauna and swimming pool

  • Pair of rubber flip-flops

  • Comfortable and stretchy clothes like your yoga pants, shorts, comfortable shoes for hiking, etc. We will also have a couple of parties 😀

  • Might be a good idea to grab a water bottle.
